These beta terms add to, and do not replace, the main Megaplex policies. By signing up for the beta and using the Megaplex app, you also agree to the Megaplex Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Megaplex Privacy Policy. If these beta terms conflict with the Megaplex Terms and Conditions for the beta, these beta terms apply to the beta.
About the beta
The Megaplex app beta is a pre-release test. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the app may have bugs or lose data. It is provided as is, without warranties. Megaplex may end the beta, change it, or remove testers at any time.
Your responsibilities
Use the beta only through your own Apple ID or Google Account, and give us accurate emails. Beta builds may contain unreleased features. Please do not share screenshots, recordings, or details of them publicly. Any feedback you send may be used by Megaplex to improve its products without obligation to you.
What we collect
Your name, your MegaRewards email, your Apple ID or Google Account email, your platform, and the time you agreed to these terms. TestFlight and Google Play may also collect their own tester data under their own terms.
How we use it
We use this information to run the beta: to send your invite, to email you about the beta, and to contact you about your feedback. We share your name and store email with Apple (TestFlight) or Google (Google Play) only to deliver your invite. We use service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, to operate the signup. We do not sell your information. Your use of the app itself is covered by the Megaplex Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You can leave the beta at any time. To leave, or to ask us to delete your information, reply to any beta email.
